I miss studying language
My current hankering is for some good old fashioned sentence diagramming! I just need to get out some book and pick a few sentences to work on....or maybe...

Boy, am I out of practice. Today in Marriage Matters we talked a little about verb tenses, and that's when I realized how sad it is that I used to know all the tenses--English and Spanish, and that I'm a little far removed from that now. I need a good grammar or linguistics class to get me back in the thick of it.

Sentence diagramming was what made me decide to not even consider majoring in English in college.
Well, it was only one class in a sea of writing and literature courses...have you already decided on a major?
Well, I won't really know until I get into it, but I'm thinking seriously about a Relgion major.
I decided no to English a while ago for a couple of reasons, mainly that I would suck at teaching and also my English teacher freshmen year told us that one of his finals in college was diagramming the Declaration of Independence.
