Ummm...I know they're red, and I think I remember them being associated with green olives. Since I'm not a fan of green olives, I never really paid much attention to them. My dad says they're salty, very salty.
Some sort of pepper, I think. I would eat Kraft Pimento Spread on crackers when I was little, which consisted mianly of cream cheese and the small red things. I don't remember it having much of a distinctive flavor.
Believe it or not, my older brother told me they were pieces of fish! Have never put one in my mouth, even though I knew their true identity 30 years ago
